These terms govern your access to and use of ApexTeachersPrep. Please read them carefully before using the site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ApexTeachersPrep, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at helpdesk@apexteachersprep.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Pass Guarantee
Eligible study plans include a Pass Guarantee, subject to the qualifying requirements described on our Pass Guarantee page. The guarantee does not cover exam registration fees paid to your testing body.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ApexTeachersPrep only for your own exam preparation. You may not share your account credentials, resell or redistribute our content, scrape or copy our practice questions or study materials, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All practice questions, study guides, videos, and other content on ApexTeachersPrep belong to ApexTeachersPrep or our licensors. You're granted a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for your personal exam prep, not to reproduce or redistribute it.
7. Third-Party Exam Bodies
ApexTeachersPrep is an independent exam prep provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ETS, Pearson, GaPSC, or any other testing body or state licensing agency referenced on this site. Exam names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
8. Disclaimer
Our study materials are designed to help you prepare for your certification exam, but we can't guarantee any specific exam outcome outside the terms of our Pass Guarantee. ApexTeachersPrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexTeachersPrep isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on the site. Continued use of ApexTeachersPrep after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
